Upcoming Leagues

We have new Youth Leagues starting March 2012. New online registration starting Feb. 3rd! Get all the details here.

Policies

Game Balls:

No outside soccer balls are allowed.  The facility will provide all game balls.

Individual Conduct:

No person entering the facility whether on a team or not, may act in a vulgar or disrespectful manner towards guests or staff.  WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.  Such persons will be asked to leave.  The authorities will be called for anyone refusing to leave.

Double Headers/Bye Weeks/Game Shortage

Each team will play once per week.  However, sometimes due to scheduling issues (i.e. odd number league, teams registering at last minute), sometimes teams will be required to play double headers and/or have BYE weeks.  If there is a team that was only scheduled for 7 games instead of 8 (due to facility scheduling), a game credit will be given to the team to be applied towards the next session.  If the team is not returning, then a refund will be issued for the one game they were shorted (assuming team registration has been paid in full).

Laws of the Game:

The facility follows the "Official Rules of Indoor Soccer" published by the United States Indoor Soccer Association and can be found at www.usindoor.com.

Minimum Payment Policy:

All adult team players MUST pay a fee of $25 towards their team registration balance for the 1st and 2nd games (total of $50). The rest of the balance will be the Managers/Coaches responsibility to pay before the 3rd game.

Necessary Equipment

  1. Indoor soccer or athletic shoes.  No outdoor cleats allowed.
  2. Shin guards.
  3. Matching jerseys or shirts.

Personal Checks:

No checks will be accepted.  If a check is accepted with the approval of management, a $25 fee will be assessed to the team invoice for any returned checks.  Managers/coaches are responsible for returned checks.

Player Division Participation

:
Players may only be on one roster in a given league.  Players may participate in more than one league.

Red Cards:

Fines can range from $25 to $250 depending on the severity of the incident.  In the case of any inappropriate conduct of players and coaches, removal and permanent expulsion can occur, which is left to management’s discretion.

Release of Liability Waiver

:
No individual will be allowed to participate in any league games, practice sessions, tournaments, clinics, open pick-up games, or other activities until a release form has been properly completed and signed.

Roster Information:

All teams can have up to 20 players.  Team rosters must be turned in before the first game.  However, changes to the roster will be permitted prior to the fourth game.  Each player must play two regular session games to be eligible to play in the playoffs.  Failure to comply with this rule will result in forfeiture of all games played with the illegal player.  Forfeitures due to illegal players will be scored 2-0.  New players may only be added to the roster after week four, with the approval of management.  Playoff teams can no longer use injured player substitutions.

Scheduled and Make Up Games:

If a team is unable to play a scheduled game, the opposing team may choose to accept a 2-0 victory for the forfeit.  The opposing team will have the use of the field for the duration of the originally scheduled game time.  If both teams agree to a make up game, they will be offered possible times from the facility.

Team No-Shows:

If a team does not show up for a game, the opposing team will be awarded a 2-0 victory.  The opposing team will have the use of the field for the duration of the originally scheduled game time.  No reschedule will be given.

As a new policy for any league at our facility, any team doing a "no show" for a regularly scheduled game, the forfeiting team will be held responsible for the cost ($82.50) to reimburse the opposing team, if the opposing team chooses not to take the field. If the opposing team chooses to take the field to play, even for fun, during the scheduled game time, no charge will be made to the forfeiting team and no reimbursement will be made to the opposing team. The only time time a reimbursement will be made for a game, is if there is a scheduling conflict made by the facility.

Termination of Participation

:
The facility reserves the right to terminate an individual’s and team’s participation at the facility for violation of the facility policies.
